To keep costs low this year, we will not be fully catering the Gathering. Read on to see what’s included in your ticket, what you should plan for yourself, and what facilities are available for you to use.
What We Provide
Vegetarian and Gluten Free options will be available for all provided meals. We cannot accomodate other dietary needs, but you’re welcome to bring your own food and join us for the communal meals!
Saturday Feast
A Gathering tradition! Gather around the fire to share a meal with the whole community. Roasted chicken, vegetables, potatoes, and dessert will be made with love by our Kitchen Witch.
Sunday Afternoon Faery Tea (Potluck)
Bring your faery finery and a favorite tea-time treat to share. We’ll provide the tea, including Forest Tea sourced from the Land.
Monday Brunch
Don’t want to cook and pack up at the same time? Don’t worry – brunch is on us! Menu to be announced.
Coffee, Tea, and Snacks
We’ll have coffee, tea, and simple snacks like fruit or granola bars available.
What to Bring
You’ll want to bring food for yourself for the meals that aren’t provided, and anything you want to supplement the provided meals if you have specific dietary needs. People also often bring snacks or drinks to share around the fire. Please keep COVID in mind and bring your own cup to partake in shared beverages. For communal meals, you will need to bring your own mess kit (plate, cup, utensils, etc.).
Facilities
Please bring supplies to cook (and clean) for your group. There is a propane grill and picnic tables available in the main shelter for all to use, as well as a drinking water tap. Please clean them before an after use! Sanitiation supplies will be available for the grill and tables.
