Registration for The Gathering 2025 will open in late 2024.
Please fill in and submit your registration form before these cut-off dates:
Camping: End of day, Thursday 1st May 2025.
Day-trippers: End of day Thursday 1st May 2025.

Camping
Please note: Camping spaces are VERY limited – you need to register AND pay to secure your spot.
If camping spaces are filled, a waitlist will be created on a first-come, first-serve basis in the event of cancellations.
The fee for camping is $65 per person for the weekend, ages 16+
Day-tripping
If you don’t want to camp, day-tripping is an option for either (or both) Saturday or Sunday.
Day-trippers may arrive at 11am, but must depart the site by 8pm.
The fee for day-tripping is $25 per person, per day.
Payment
Each person who is paying should complete the form on behalf of everyone they are paying for. One e-transfer, one form!
Payment may be made via Interac e-transfer to: gfloe.registrar@gmail.com. The e-transfer must contain your legal name to identify you.
