History of the Gathering
Thank you for being curious and wanting to know more about us.
We’ve been working on redesigning our website, and the History section is still a work-in-progress.
The Gathering began around 30 years ago in the mid-1990s, with the intent to create an event where the whole Greater Vancouver pagan community could gather, from babies to elders, from all paths and years of experience.
It has been canceled only four times: once due to an avalanche, once due to a site cancellation (they canceled on us), and twice in the early 2020s due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Far more to come!
