Code of Conduct and Anti-Harassment Policy
The Gathering is a co-created community event, honoring the Gods and Goddesses, the land, and the community.
As such, it is intended to be a place where all are safe, respected and able to be fully themselves.
Everyone participating in the Gathering is required to agree to the following Code of Conduct. This includes all participants, speakers, performers, vendors, and Board Members.

Policy Regarding Minors
Children and Youth are valuable members of our community who contribute so much to the Gathering for Life on Earth!
Our Policy Regarding Minors is in place to keep our youngest Gatherers, and the community as a whole, safe.

Skyclad
The Gathering from its very first year has embraced every aspect of Paganism. In this case, including Skyclad work (i.e. nude work).
We are blessed to be able to enjoy this at a pagan conference.
There are rituals that embrace this (and it is a special experience). You can also probably guess how fond the sunbathers are of this!
This year’s site is situated in a regional park, close to some public trails. We will be scheduling any planned Skyclad rituals after dark when the rest of the park is closed. During the day, your clothing choices are your own. It is expressly legal for people of all genders to be topless in BC!
We are a consent-based group so no one will ever be forced into doing anything they don’t want to. Also, no one will interfere with someone else’s enjoyment of lack of clothes barring the one rule, which applies to people of all genders:
Clothing (tops, bottoms and shoes) is required in communal food preparation areas.
Please see the section on Nudity in the Code of Conduct for more information.
Site Rules & Refund Policy
Site specific rules will be available closer to the event date. All participants are expected to be good guests on our site and abide by all site rules.
We will be abiding by all Public Health Orders regarding group sizes. Currently, we can have up to 40 people camping and essentially unlimited day trippers. If circumstances change and we cannot hold the event, we will refund all tickets in full or offer an option to donate your ticket to the Gathering fund to support future events.
Except for cancellation due to public health orders, all ticket sales are final. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
