|BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ROLE
|Chair of the Board
|Oversees all the things. Manages the people and the event. Top go-to person for problems. Handles confidential questions or concerns about the festival.
|Takes minutes and posts them, does much of the necessary minutiae, and makes sure we’re following the Societies Act.
Manages the money and makes sure we all have a place to sleep.
|Handles questions regarding your registration package, payment, confirmation packages, and scholarship applications or donations.
Manages the volunteer shifts. Handles questions about volunteering and assigned work shifts.
|Family Activities Coordinator
|Arranges children’s activities and manages the children’s activities volunteers. Handles parent or volunteer questions.
|Events & Merchant Coordinator
|Manages the activities (minus the children’s activities.) and the Goblin Market. Handles questions about ritual or workshop submissions, and vending in the marketplace.
|Facilities & Security Coordinator
|The Other Dave
|The one who rents the truck and gets all the big things to site and makes sure we all play safe for the weekend. Handles assigned work shift info after registration.
|Makes great food happen and looks after the food allergy people, too. Handles concerns about severe food allergies.
|Manages all things Temple related (typically the main Temple and the Healing Temple).
|Social Media & Public Relations Coordinator
|Manages website and promotions. Handles questions about the website, social media, marketing and communications.
